The first month is about quality over quantity.

This is a 16‑week process. We start by stabilising your energy, digestion and routines, then layer in DNA, bloodwork and deeper protocols so your results actually last.
Total 16 week Health Operating System investment: $3,454.
Structure: $490 for your first month, then 12 weekly payments of $247 (total $2,964 for Months 2–4).

If you tried to piece together this level of support, specialist consults, biomarker translation, DNA analysis, customised training, nutrition and ongoing coaching, you'd easily spend over $10,000 working with separate providers. And it would take twice as long.

Here's how we've structured it to make starting as straightforward as possible.
Month 1 - Build Your Foundation - $490
Your first month is about experience before commitment.
You'll join our group kickoff call, complete your first private 1:1 session with your dedicated Success Coach, and work through Phase 1 of the programme. The highest leverage nutrition and habit shifts that get your energy, digestion and blood sugar moving in the right direction fast.
By the end of week 4, you'll know exactly how this works, who your coach is, and what this programme feels like day to day.
If you attend your calls, complete your core habits and are not measurably clearer on your plan or feeling better in your body by the end of month one, you can step away and we part as friends.
Most people continue. But knowing you can makes starting a lot easier.
If, like most people, you continue into the full 16‑week plan, this is where the programme becomes entirely yours.
At the start of Month 2, you'll receive your full functional medicine DNA test. The highest grade genetic analysis available, and something that only ever needs to be done once. This isn't a basic ancestry test. It's a permanent biological map that tells us exactly how your body processes food, responds to exercise, manages stress and regulates hormones.
Combined with your comprehensive 65-marker bloodwork panel and a full specialist consult, we use this data to rebuild your plan from the ground up around your biology specifically.
This is the part most programmes never get to. It's also why our results last.
From here your Success Coach guides you through Phases 2 and 3. Deeper health protocols, progressive training, ongoing 1:1 calls and quarterly planning sessions with me to make sure progress never plateaus.
To get this level of analysis done privately, DNA testing, bloodwork and specialist interpretation, you'd be looking at over $1,800 before a single coaching session. It's included here as the foundation of your next three months.
