Phase 1: Stabilise & Reset

The first month is about quality over quantity.

Instead of throwing you on a restrictive diet, we start with the highest‑leverage nutrition and habit shifts to quickly boost energy, reduce cravings and get your digestion and blood sugar working for you again.

Week 0-2: The Kick Off

We kick off with our first call together.

  • You’ll understand more about the key shifts to focus on and the ones to hold off on to allow us to quickly reset your body without wasting time.

  • I’ll walk you through how to get the most out of Body Reset.

  • You’ll refine your focus down to 1-2 key habits you know you can do every day (instead of worrying about trying to do 10 all at once).

Next, you’ll jump on a Private 1:1 Game Plan with one of our BR Success Coaches specifically selected for you on our onboarding to guide you through the full program alongside the team. By the time we wrap up that first call, you’ll know exactly what to do next and how this fits in your busy schedule with ease to get results that last.

Week 3-4: Exercise & Routine Upgrade

Once food and energy are stabilised, we layer in training.

  1. Install 2-4x short exercise sessions a week and build out your personal structure you know you can fit in to your busy life.

  2. A mix of support through your 1:1 coach calls, app message and video to help fine-tune your training and recovery habits for the best results.

  3. Get you linked up with our BR app so that you have full clarity on what exercise to do for your body type, injuries or equipment access.

Phase 2: Biomarker Mapping and Organ Support

With foundations laid and energy rising, we go deeper.

Week 5-8: Support & Repair

First we will do a comprehensive bloodwork panel with over 65 key markers checked to then translate this into clear action steps we can take to rewind the clock on your health.

Then we run a one‑time functional DNA test that gives us a permanent blueprint for how your body handles food, training and stress, so we can design a plan precisely around your biology instead of guessing.

Here are some key actions:

  1. You’ll have a full bloodwork consult with one of our BR specialists - minimum 5000 hours of experience.

  2. A full functional DNA test to identify key systems for your biology that need more specific attention.

  3. Rebuild a custom and specific health plan alongside your success coach to address key areas for improvement.

  4. We will structure vital deeper health protocols to help support important hormone and body functions to shift weight, increase energy and get your blood markers back into optimal range.
