Next, you’ll jump on a Private 1:1 Game Plan with one of our BR Success Coaches specifically selected for you on our onboarding to will guide you through the full program alongside the team. By the time we wrap up that first call, you’ll know exactly what to do next and how this fits in your busy schedule with ease to get results that last.
Once we have these initial habits and nutrition tweaks in place we will jump on our training call to go through the introduction (or refinement) of your exercise routine - most people need to do LESS exercise than they think here because we focus on quality not quantity.
Install 3-4x short exercise sessions a week and build out your personal structure you know you can fit in to your busy life.
A mix of support through your 1:1 coach calls, app message and video to help fine-tune your training and recovery habits for the best results.
Get you linked up with our BR app so that you have full clarity on what exercise to do for your body type, injuries or equipment access.

Great question! Our team take a two week break over Christmas - New Year's period so we credit you an extra 2-3 weeks to the program completely free to enjoy the break while still benefiting from the resources, app and vault uninterrupted.
