The plan is simple - and wildly effective

Phase 1: Reset Your Gut

The first month is about quality over quantity.

Instead of throwing you on a restrictive diet, we start with the highest‑leverage nutrition and habit shifts to quickly boost energy, reduce cravings and get your digestion and blood sugar working for you again.

Week 0-2: The Kick Off

We kick off with me directly.

  • You’ll get crystal clear on the 1–2 key shifts that will move the needle fastest for your body, schedule and stress levels.

  • We’ll map out your ideal way of eating based on your energy, cravings and home/work environment so it feels doable, not forced.

  • You’ll lock in a small number of non‑negotiable daily habits you know you can hit, so change actually sticks.

Next, you’ll jump on a Private 1:1 Game Plan with one of our BR Success Coaches specifically selected for you on our onboarding to will guide you through the full program alongside the team. By the time we wrap up that first call, you’ll know exactly what to do next and how this fits in your busy schedule with ease to get results that last.

Week 3-4: Exercise & Routine Upgrade

Once food and energy are stabilised, we layer in training.

  1. Install 2–4 short, targeted sessions per week you can realistically stick to.

  2. Use 1:1 support plus our app and video library to fine‑tune technique, recovery and progressions.

  3. Get set up inside the Body Reset app so you know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how it changes over time based on your body, injuries and equipment.

Phase 2: Repair Your Vital Organs.

With foundations laid and energy rising, we go deeper.

Week 5-8: Support & Repair

First we will do a comprehensive biomarker panel with over 65 key markers checked to then translate this into clear action steps we can take to rewind the clock on your health.

Here are some key actions:

  1. Have a full consult with one of our BR specialists (5,000+ hours of experience) to translate your markers into plain English.

  2. Rebuild a custom health plan with your coach to target the biggest levers for fat loss, energy and long‑term health.

  3. Install deeper protocols around hormones, liver, gut and nervous system so your body wants to change rather than fighting you.

Even though the fundamentals of the program have been tried and tested thousands of times, everyone is different as this is where we can really tailor your plan to you based on your biomarkers.

Phase 3: Long Term Progression (Week 9-16+)

What helps you drop the first 5-10kg is not what keeps it off for the next decade (same for blood sugar, thyroid or any other key health markers).

  • Ongoing 1:1 calls with your success coach to tweak your plan where needed and support you through any challenges or roadblocks to make your life easier.

The Investment
